The need

Turn a monumental lamp into an interactive projection device for displaying digital content and interacting directly with the projected surface, without an external controller.

The response

Hardware design of a 2.30-metre lamp incorporating a projection system, a computer and wireless touch detection.

In use

Users interact directly with the surface projected by the lamp, without an external controller.
